Return and Refund

At Franta Ventures (Franeben Ventures & Cyborg Enterprise), we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your item, subject to the terms outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that have been damaged after delivery, used, or altered in any way will not qualify for return or refund.

All returns must be brought physically to our shop located in Kojokrom, Sekondi-Takoradi, Ghana. We do not currently offer pickup or delivery returns. Customers must present the original receipt or order confirmation when returning an item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our shop, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you may receive a replacement product or a refund depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (e.g., mobile money or Paystack) within up to 7 business days after approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Promotional or clearance items (unless defective)

Franta Ventures reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. We strongly advise all customers to inspect their items upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
